Rise and Shine
My day as a Thorsen’s-Norquist HVAC technician starts bright and early at 6:30 AM. After a quick breakfast and coffee, I’m out the door by 7:15, ready to tackle the day’s challenges in Turlock and the surrounding areas.
Morning Routine
8:00 AM: I arrive at our Thorsen’s-Norquist headquarters in Turlock, CA. First thing’s first – I check my schedule for the day and load up my service van with all the necessary tools and parts.
9:00 AM: My first call of the day is an A/C installation in Modesto. The summer heat is picking up, and homeowners are eager to stay cool. I spend the next few hours carefully installing and testing the new system.
Midday Hustle
12:30 PM: After wrapping up in Modesto, I head to Ceres for an air conditioning service call. A family’s unit isn’t cooling properly, and I quickly diagnose and fix the issue.
2:00 PM: Lunch break! I grab a quick bite before heading to my next appointment.
Afternoon Adventures
3:00 PM: I arrive in Riverbank for a plumbing service call. A stubborn clog is giving a homeowner trouble, but it’s nothing our rooter service can’t handle.
5:00 PM: My final stop of the day is in Atwater for an HVAC service check. I perform routine maintenance to ensure the system is running efficiently.
Wrapping Up
7:00 PM: I return to the Thorsen’s-Norquist office in Turlock to complete my paperwork and prepare for the next day.
8:00 PM: Finally home! Time to relax and recharge for another day of keeping our customers comfortable.
